Mathparri, an exclusive hair and beauty salon in Puerto Calero marina approached Gandy-Draper to redesign an their site. The existing site had been put together by a friend. The brief was to provide the salon with a site more in keeping with their very strong branding and present and reflect their high end of the market positioning. In addition the company had very ambitions expansion plans to offer Mathparri branded salons as a business opportunity throughout Europe through one of Gandy-Draper’s other clients, Lanzarote Business Sales. It was thought that for the future development of the brand and their planned expansion a much more professional website was a must.

26 Chalets is a new development of 26 properties in Playa Blanca. If you know Playa Blanca it’s unlikely you have missed their big red banners as you enter the town from Yaiza. UGR, the Spanish property developers, already had a website but were looking for a redesign as the original was built entirely in Flash and had a number of limitations due to this. Firstly, the owners wanted to be able to update the site easily, and secondly, the site was not figuring as well in searches as it might. UGR wanted to rectify these issues and came to Gandy-Draper with this brief.

The resulting site though incorporating an number of Flash elements is built primarily in HTML, and answers the original brief. With some knowledge of the Internet UGR can now update their site easily using Dreamweaver, and the Flash elements are all extremely easy to update. The site is available in both English and Spanish.

Montaña Villas and Pools approached Gandy-Draper to create a website that reflected their position as Lanzarote’s leading pool and spa supplier. The family run company operates the largest pool and spa warehouse on the island.

The brief for the website was clear. The site should be of clean design, clutter free and easy to navigate. Taking the long-term view MVP wanted a site that could be managed by the directors to allow for growth and regular changes in product ranges, so it includes a full Content Management (CMS) to allow for these regular updates.

The family of Yann Fouéré, one of the best known personalities within the Breton movement asked for the help of Gandy-Draper in setting up a French and English website to promote their recently formed foundation, Fondation Yann Fouéré. The site, in addition to providing information about Yann Fouéré, is aiming to provide a valuable resource of historic information about the Breton movement.

Budget was a consideration as the foundation has been entirely funded by the family, so Gandy-Draper proposed an off-the shelf solution, that would easily make it possible to offer French and English language translations, as well as allow the foundation itself to manage the content in its entirety.

Lanzarote Business Sales approached Gandy-Draper to assist in conveying their unique and highly personal approach to business sales on the island. As previous clients the team behind Lanzarote Business Sales knew that Gandy-Draper could deliver a site that was designed to reflect their vision.

The resulting site includes a complete Content Management System (CMS) , which allows control over all of the site content, including menu structures, in three languages. It also encompasses a highly sophisticated method of managing the display of properties which enables the company to tailor the site for individual buyers and sellers.

Live Angler was an ambitious project commissioned by a UK client. The site combines the functionality of sites such as YouTube and PhotoBucket to allow anglers worldwide to share their videos, photographs, and experiences. The site also combined many of the functions of a community site, allowing its members to interact with each other both in public and through private messaging. During the BETA testing stage Gandy-Draper received a comment describing Live Angler as a ‘world class site’ we believe it is!

In addition to the project deliverables Gandy-Draper were retained to manage, maintain and assist in its promotion.

Cerys and Paul Mawson approached Gandy-Draper to provide a website for their villa and letting maintenance company. Their business, based in Faro Park concentrates on the high end of the holiday rentals market in Playa Blanca. The brief was to provide a design with this in mind, that also reflected their own very distinct taste.

In addition to the web design Gandy-Draper also designed business cards to reflect the site design.

Renevatio Design is a Lanzarote based property development and build and design company owned and operated by entrepreneur Adam Brennan. They buy, develop and equip, utilizing Adam’s impeccable taste, a select number of properties on the island for resale. They also provide design and build services, and import furniture from the UK with up to 40% on RRP pricing.

The brief was to come up with a stylish site which also reflected the versatility of the business. Gandy-Draper developed the site which includes a Flash introduction, as well as the logo and stationary design. Gandy-Draper have been retained to maintain and update the site, and to provide ongoing marketing advice on how best to promote it.

Set up in the latter part of 2006 by Hugh and Mary McColl, Playa Blanca Property Services is a family owned villa management and maintenance company. The brief was to provide a clear and simple website that conveyed the combination of the couple’s expertise and their sense of taste. Hugh was previously a Contracts Manager with a major UK construction company and Mary had held positions as Contract manager with large Contract Cleaning companies in the UK, her experience includes running prestigious contracts such as the Gleneagles Hotel.

On initially meeting the clients at their home their taste was easy to read from the decor. Clean simple and stylish. Gandy-Draper produced the website, the company’s logo and stationery, as well as advertising in Playa Blanca.

Snorkelling Delights is a specialist snorkelling shop in CC Papagayo, Playa Blanca. They supply snorkelling equipment, and guided snorkelling trips in the Playa Blanca area with fully qualified diving instructors.

The owner approached Gandy-Draper with the brief to provide a clear and welcoming site that would catch visitors before arriving at their destination and encourage them to visit the shop during their stay in the resort. Gandy-Draper also provided advice on how to market the site, and the business through internet marketing.
